LDKS SMAN 3 Bandung has an LDKS program, "Basic Student Leadership Training" (LDKS), or Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Siswa, the program aimed at enhancing students' leadership abilities, collaborative skills, personal growth, and dicpline. This comprehensive program, held at Pusdikajen ditajenad jl. panorama 1 no 46, involves a range of seminars, exercises, and activities to foster communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills among students. At LDKS, students from grade 10 are immersed in various interactive sessions, including team-building activities, role-playing games, and martial arts training. The curriculum covers essential topics such as goal-setting, delegation, public speaking, time management, and ethical leadership.
